The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff was extremely helpful and kind as they upgraded us to a junior suite which was very nice. The breakfast was ok, they did not have english tea in the common area but one of the ladies kindly went and found some at the back for me which I highly appreciated.

Great location so close to the bahnhoff. Nice old building. Room rises were great. So were the bathrooms. The seat at the window in the room was one of the best features.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and even gave us a free upgrade. Great value for money in Luzern. Would definitely stay again in my next trip!

- it’s a great location - super close to train station (cca 1-2min walk) and from my perception still very quiet in the room during the night with closed window - personal was very nice

The location was perfect to explore Luzern, staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is beautiful. We got a free room upgrade on all three rooms which was very nice
