Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID card or passport to our self-check-in platform, which will be accessible via a link sent after the reservation is made. The access code for the apartment will be provided on the day of arrival, once all required documentation has been submitted. Please note that the pictures are for illustrative purposes only and show examples of room categories. Additionally, there is no daily cleaning service at the property. Our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are provided as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay.Smoking is strictly prohibited, as is any use of the apartment for commercial or business-related purposes. In the event of a proven violation of rules, VISIONAPARTMENTS reserves the right to issue a penalty invoice or to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without a refund and to request the immediate departure of the guests.Guests under the age of 18 can check in only with written permission from a parent or legal guardian. The form can be provided by the property upon the guest's request. When traveling with pets, please note that a deposit is required.

Not sure why this place gets such bad reviews. I loved it. Was the room a little small? Yes, but it’s exactly as described and exactly how it looks in the pictures. Size was fine for a couple. Can you hear the trains? Yes but they weren’t overly loud and didn’t affect our sleep at all. The facilities were great for its size (fridge, good shower, soundbar, TV), the location was perfect. There was no reception so I cannot comment on the staff, but this made for a smooth check in and check out without waiting on queues etc. The place was spotless. I cannot understand why anyone would need to rate this under a 5? You get exactly what’s in the pictures, you’re hardly expecting a mansion?

the room is nicer than my expectation and the location is awesome, only 10 min walk from SBB and have the bus also . have 3 supermarket near by

Great infrastructure and complimentary laundry machines free to use and easy to use, its a very useful facility when with kids. Everything was very well though of. Location is 800m from lucern station and 1.3 km from chapel bridge.
