From the arrival to the departure everything went extremely smooth and with the highest care. The location is in a very nice area with close distance to the city and boat harbour. The parking across the street was convenient. The room had everything you need with an amazing view of the lake.

The dreamy location and ease of access to the transport museum, the wonderful bedding, the bar offer, the table to fix our shop bought dinner, the lavish breakfast in the connected hotel.

easy to check in, but read your instructions, before you arrive, park the car out side in the space drop off and check-in, over the road their is a car park use the phone in the lobby to call reception and they will log your car in, very easy. You need a disk in the window of the car to tell the car park wardens what time you parked the car and you need a disk in the window to tell the time, I used my disk from Northumberland which did the same thing, but ask the hotel when you check the car in about the disk.

Great location, 25 min walk along the river into the city centre or you can catch the bus for free with the Visitor Card (also free) Having the kitchen was a real bonus. We enjoyed breakfast outside each morning & were able use our coffee pot. The room was freshly made up each day and the free treats in the mini bar were much appreciated.

The property had a bus stop very close by. Paid parking was conveniently opposite the accommodation. The free mini-bar was a lovely bonus.The room was comfortable but because it was self check in, we had to walk to a nearby ‘sister’ hotel to get basic information on the city and other helpful hints for our stay. Saskia at reception was most helpful.

Full kitchen for use downstairs. Easy access to lake. Good size room. Coffee & tea facilities in room. Staff not on site but are excellent with communication.

Big, clean and quiet room with a comfortable bed. Walkable distance to town via beautiful promenade. Bus stop nearby as well. Found some complimentary snacks and drinks which was nice.
