Our hotel is certified, to check-in you need to provide the covid certificate, this means that you have been vaccinated for COVID-19, have had the disease or have a negative test result. You can request the COVID certificate on paper or as a PDF document with a QR code.1. All guests from 16 years on are obliged to show their certificate daily before breakfast.
2. All restaurant guests from 16 years on have to show the certificate before seated in the inside or outside.
3. Only the official covid certificate is valid .If you plan to have dinner at the property, please book a table in advance. View of the lake and Mt Pilatus from our bed - Amazing. Staff, Daniel and all others were so kind and helpful. Food at restaurant was first class, I had the beef cheek and veggies. Easiest bus ride No. 24 in and out of town, bus stop right outside hotel. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, ready access to a car park (€15 a day) and water front location only 3km from Lucerne city centre. Free public transport pass with bus stop outside hotel, so easy to get into the city or walk along the lake front.

The view from the room and restaurant is amazing! The staff is friendly, helpful and always there for you in case you need anything. The rooms are clean, spacious, with the incredible view of the mountain. The internet is working in entire building with no problems. Breakfast is good as well. Overall everything vas perfect for us and we will come back for sure!

Spectacular view of the lake and the mountains. Perfect location both close to the city and the lake and mountain experiences. Well connected with public transport. High quality food both for breakfast and dinner. Enjoyed the comfortable bed and appreciated the coffee and tea kettle in the room. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff made our stay really special.

Spacious room and bathroom. Balcony towards the lake. Fantastic location. Very well connected to Lucerne city center by free( provided by the hotel) public transport.

The reception and restaurant staff were helpful and super friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The location was great - we had beautiful views of the lake from the hotel front and restaurant and it was right next to two bus stops, with regular buses to the centre, which was convenient for travel. Overall a great stay in Luzern.
