The location was great and the room was big, which was lucky since we had to keep the luggage open on the floor for lack of room in the closet. The shower was efficient.

Actually stayed at Baseltor hotel over the road which is part of the same hotel. Very good room with friendly and supportive staff. Ideal location for old town, main town and station.

We always like a free upgrade! The room was huge! Best one for hide and seek in the dark with the kids so far. Super friendly staff, very helpful and the hotel location is perfect for plenty of walks around the old city.

Location was amazing. Very friendly staff. They offered us free ugrade to an hotel room which was perfect! Very warm and cozy. Really clean hotel. I would definitely stay there again!
