Great customer service provided especially from Jonas who was very helpful and accomodating in assisting us with a lost baggage issue. Good options for the breakfast. Very spacious room.

The hotel is like 5 minutes away from the city center by bus and the bus stop is just a few steps from the hotel. It is infront of the lake, there are food & bars that is open until midnight. The hotel is simple, they have electric fan that you can use when the weather is hot. It is also nice that they have parking which they charge at a reasonable price so you can leave your car and take the bus to go to the city.

The hotel is an excellent hotel. It is great value for money with good comfortable basic facilities. This time I didn't eat in the restaurant, but I know that the experience is will worth while. Many people go there just for Sunday brunch. It is within walking distanace of the lake and to the centre of Luzern. If one isn't able to walk that far, the tram stops just outside the hotel and is included in the city 'guestcard'.

This basic room met our expectations for a visit to Lucern while driving. The bus is just opposite the hotel and the hotel provides a free day pass to people who stay in the hotel. Nice local quiet environment round the hotel.
