Hotel Central Luzern was a great stay, we had a family room which was very comfortable and lots of space for a family of four with teenagers. Hotel is only about 5 mins from the train station and a 5 min walk to the key sights of luzern. Loved that we had 24/7 access to the breakfast room to make tea and coffee/hot chocolate when we wanted to. Breakfast, which was included, was also great with lots of choice- loved the Bircher muesli.

Very good location, near the train station. Especially love the breakfast with a variety of choices. The breakfast room is open at all hours to guests too, to have a cup of coffee or tea or just to chill outside the bedroom. Clean hotel and staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

We felt right at home at Hotel Central in Lucerne, where we spent a peaceful and unforgettable New Year's Eve holiday. The hotel has a modern design, with impeccable cleanliness throughout. The bed was extremely comfortable, with high-quality pillows, and linens. Its location is unbeatable—just a stone's throw from Lucerne’s train station and the iconic Chapel Bridge, in a very safe and tranquil area, much like the rest of Lucerne. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Despite facing travel delays and arriving late at 11:00 PM, they stayed in touch with us and ensured an easy check-in process, even though the reception desk was closed at that hour. Breakfast was rich and satisfying, although it could have been perfect with the addition of a warm dish like scrambled eggs or sausages. We enjoyed the variety offered each morning. We also loved that the room was perfectly warm when we returned from the cold outside, it was such a comfort step into a very cozy space. The staff provided daily recommendations for places to visit, which we appreciated greatly. We also loved the shared lobby and the fridge with beverages— touches that made our stay even more comfortable. We had an extraordinary time and would happily return whenever the opportunity arises. Thank you for making our trip memorable!

The staff overall are really great. Breakfast is good, the coffee is pretty bad. Bed was very comfortable and an actual real bed for a couple, not the typical split European bed. Room is tiny but well apportioned. Nice options for purchasing drinks and storing food. Great central location. Rooms are a bit loud and hot but a fan was provided.

It is cosy, the room is big, the Wifi is fast, there is a bottle of water for each of us daily, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, providing advice on where to go for food etc, and last but not least, the dining area is open for us 24h to sit in, get drinks and fruits and use the utensils for our own food. We stayed here for 5 nights and loved every minute of it!
