Excellent location, excellent staff where nothing was a problem. Amazing bar area and open fire. It had a funky vibe and saxophone player at night while having a cocktail was wonderful. Excellent breakfast and dinner was superb. We had the spa on the roof and it had an amazing view while we had a drink and the snow fell.

Staff friendly, good location, not too far to walk from the station or to the town. Close to bus stops. Breakfast was really lovely, had dinner in the restaurant in the evening and the food was delicious. The bathroom was so spacious. We requested a chair from reception for the room and they brought it right up to our room.

This was one of our favourite places to stay during our epic 5 week trip that saw us stay at over a dozen hotels. The decor was quirky and interesting, and the welcome at check-in was second to none. The lady's energy set us up for an amazing stay, and the accommodation did not disappoint. Spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We highly recommend this for families.

Lovely hotel, nice staff, very central. We booked 2 rooms, one was woth a patio, the 2nd faced the street and was a bit noisy, so I recommend asking for a room that isn't facing the main road.

The buffet breakfast was up there with the best that I’ve ever had. Staff are lovely and helpful. Location is great to go and see the city. View from the balcony was also great.

We were upgraded to a very spacious room and thank you! It is the best room among our 4 stops in Switzerland. The breakfast is very good and the atmosphere is relaxing ! The recommendation for coffee and cake was excellent, it's a must to try! The parking arrangement is also very efficient and clear.

I like the excellent buffet breakfast. We got upgraded to junior suite when I arrived. The room was very spacious, nice bathroom. Amenities coffee was available. The location was good. About an 8 minute walk to train station and to center of town.
