The apartment was spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Having 3 separate sleeping areas meant everyone had their own space. It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! Only a fve minute walk from the train station and right on the river overlooking Chapel Bridge.

Good value in a pricey location for a family to stay together. Apartment was good sized, though bed arrangements in rooms are a little awkward. Kitchen is ok, laundry room is at level 2.

Great property centrally located in Luzern, easily walkable from the train station and stunning views of the lake from the large windows. Bright and sunny this apartment was a wonderful base to explore the area. We didn’t really use much of the kitchen utensils and things provided but it looked to be well stocked. With flexible check in and good communication with the host, we would stay again.

I love this apartment, it is so spacious and it has everything you need. There is an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and all of types of cooking utensils. The only thing I didn't find were tongs which would been helpful for flipping meats in the oven. Ample supplies of consumables are provided such as rubbish bags, baking paper, hair and body wash and toilet paper making this one of most generous accommodation I've experienced. With the luck of the draw, we had stunning view of the river and Church across. The Chapel bridge is a bit out of the view but can be seen if you pop your head out. There is even a laundry room with two free washing machines and two drying machines which is shared among other guests. So try to do your cleaning in the afternoon when it is more likely to be available. There is an elevator that is very small but nevertheless convenient to transport luggages. The check in process was easy, you have to go around the building up the stairs to the back side where you have instructions to obtain the keys from a lock box. At check out you have to empty the rubbish bins and take it downstairs just past the same set of stair case around the buuilding where you see big bins with HITrental logo. Although the price is most dearest maybe because it allows up to 6 people when we only had 4 but overall I was really happy with our stay.
