The location is ideal. Short walk to the old town, the train station and the lake. The staff very friendly and helpful

The space of the room was impeccably satisfying and even the cleanliness. The views from the 6th floor where breathtaking.

A nice comfortable property. The staff member we dealt with was very friendly but the communication was a little difficult. The noise from the next room was very annoying but this is no reason to discount this property. Overall a very clean room and a great location!

Hotel is just 10 mins walk from train station and just 2 mins walk to nearby bus station. Room was quite good and enough for 3 persons stay. Staff was very good at their job. I lived with my family and my family also like the room and the facilities. Food is good, as we are vegetarian so there is options are available but not that much so I think they can increase some options for vegetarian people.

eBay style is a budget hotel not very far from the center of lucerne. We were also provided parking space for which you have to pay £20 per day, that is actually not bad given the parking is quite expensive and difficult in switzerland. The hotel provided us public transport bus for our state which were really handy to move around to certain places around Lucerne.

The location of the property is not too far from the main attractions but still located far even enough away to provide the quietness at the end of the day. The property had very good air conditioning, unlike some other properties that advertise air conditioning but are cooled very lightly. This was very much appreciated during the heat wave we experienced during our stay in Lucerne.
