Bus stop to Luzern just 5min walk. Spacious room. Friendly staff and can get a refill of water if you asked.

Location was perfect. I think it was even better than Luzern since we were given a free travel pass to Luzern. Staff members were extremely kind and room was spacious. Highly recommended!

Hotel is not in centrum but easy to go with bus. Free bus ticket is super! Clean and quiet hotel.

It is located a short walk from the station and bus stops. Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. Easy access to shops.

Mattehof Station is only 2 stops from Lucerne Station and the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Mattenhof Station Room size is big for 3 persons with space to open all 3 luggage If the guest completes online check-in, the hotel allows early checkin once the room is ready without extra charges.
