Nice view of the lake from the hotel Nice lobby Nice staff Clean Breakfast was good (but a bit expensive) Like having two blankets for one bed, like that my husband does not complain that I am stealing his covers. Plugs and lights each side of the bed are very practical.

The staff, especially Bangin Salih. He was very welcoming and friendly, he could feel and adjust the needs of the client and did his best that my stay was great and unforgettable! The view from the balcony to the lake and mountains is superb.

Quiet and calm area. Very beautiful hall. Beautiful view from the dining room window. Friendly staff. The administrator speaks Russian, which makes it easier to solve some issues. Thank you Bangin Salish - many administrators need to learn from you, your politeness and friendliness are endearing.

I highly recommend this hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here , the room the view everything was great. The stuff are super friendly. I was hesitating a bit to book because many people were complaining about climbing the stairs to reach the hotel but I found out that you can use a slope instead of the stairs if you are using GPs to get there by bus get out one station before what GPS shows. As I discovered the gps only shows the route where you can only climb the stairs to reach the hotel. However if you get out one station before there is a route where you can use slope ( I know no one wants to use stairs if they are carrying heavy luggage ) I would definitely stay here again if i ever come back highly recommended.

The view! Amazing to just sit and stare. Free use of buses with room. Beautiful reception area and building. Easy to get into town with bus.
