Great location - right in the center of Old Town Lucerne and easy access to some good restaurants. Most major sights are within walking distance.

The self check-in was so quick and easy and the instructions were clear. The room was really spacious and the bathrooms were new and clean. The decor of the room was also really nice and the location is great!

Location is great and easy accessible to old town. Space is great for our family of 4 with plenty of space. We could easily walk from the main train station to the Hotel.

The location is good. Just take bus no.12 and stopped at the 3rd bus stop walk about 5mins and the hotel is there. Self-Check in/out process is easy. There is a lift in the hotel but need to walk up 5 steps to reach the lift. The room is big and clean. A bottle of water is provided which is something other hotels do not provide. The TV is Samsung model and I can easily mirror my Netflix show on the TV which is important to me cos can't understand all their TV channels.
