Close to the center. Possibility to leave a backpack after check-out. Affordable price. Great mirror in the bathroom.

Great location - The room was good for the price, small but clean and had all I needed - Bathroom was clean and recently renovated - I was worried about the cigarette smell as indicated in other reviews but all I could smell was air freshener - Receptionists were polite and friendly. - Clearly the staff reads the reviews and acts on them :)

Staff were so helpful especially Jessica who helped us so much with information. Rooms beautifully clean and bathroom was renovated recently so also good . Location was very close to lake and serviced by efficient tram service. From Luzern main train station it’s 2 stop ride to Luzernerhof stop. Then a 3 min walk to hotel . Check at station with information guide for which tram to take it’s free for overnight guests in Lucerne area. So hotel is super convenient.

Very large junior suite. And quiet even if on a busy street. Super clean. Staff is wonderful. Location is perfect! Near shops, near lake, near lion monument, near restaurants. Everything is just around the corner.
