The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. We stayed in a triple room, which was spacious with lots of windows. The breakfast was plentiful and the dining area is lovely.

The location was amazing and the rooms were really spacious, it is a great place to stay if you're travelling as a family. The breakfast was really good and ideal. Overall it was a good experience.

The hotel was cozy and clean. Staff was very helpful. Very environmentally friendly. Breakfast was good. Wifi good. You get a city travel card for the duration of the stay. Above average space available in room for luggage. Couch in room.

Excellent stay at the Lucern with Hotel Drei Könige. The location is nice , walking distance from the city center and the lake side. They provided free public transport pass for the duration of our stay. The parking places are limited but the city parking garage Kesselturm is few minutes walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was excellent.

This hotel is amazing. It has a great location, good and fast wifi. It has a great coffee overall. It has a safe for you to keep your important stuff. I has also a bathtub. They give you a guide map for the city and a free transport pass for the days you are there. The employees are very kind. I was very pleased with my stay. One of the best hotels I have ever been.
