great location in the heart of Luzern, the room are easy (they need a bit of a renovation) but they are very clean breakfast quite good with some good choice of cheese, milks etc the stuff is super friendly and kind the price (if it stays like it is, it's a good ''plus'' especially in Luzern where everything is overpriced)

It's in the old town, close to the main station (10 min if you walk or take a tram or bus its just 2 or 3 stops away) close to most of the sight seeing spots.

Amazing location, balcony had a view of the mountains and a small bit of the lake. Clean room. Free espresso machine in the lobby round the clock. Great value for money

The location is great, the room is small, but very clean. Breakfast is adequate and considering the prices in Switzerland, rather cheap

The female receptionist is exceptional! She was so accomodating when we made mistakes in our booking. She was super kind and spoke perfect English too. She must be commended for her truly 5 star service! Breakfast is pretty good for the price we are paying.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is close to all public transport and shopping, as well as restaurants. The amenities are perfect for a short stay in Lucerne. The coffee machine in the foyer is so welcome after a day of touring in the freezing weather. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's also lovely having two armchairs and a table next to the window to watch the world go by! The hotel is definitely provides value for money!

Excellent location for train and bus stations, easy walk into old town. Room was reasonable size with comfortable bed. Good shower over bath. Very quiet at night. Good value for money in Switzerland. Staff friendly ans left our bags as we were early for check in. All hotels give free transport pass for central Lucerne. Didn't have breakfast, as plenty of eateries within a few hundred yards of the hotel. Lift up to rooms and coffee and tea available in reception area.
