The location is very convenient(near by the SBB) and in front of the room window there was a small pretty park. You can walk to everywhere from the hotel, and the breakfast is very good.

the location is fantastic, right near the train station and a short walk to the boat terminal. breakfast was lovely and the restaurant was clean and tidy. staff were friendly and extremely helpful. our room was on the 6th floor. it was quiet even though carnival was taking place during our stay.

We had a free upgrade to a suite, which was amazing. Very spacious and comfortable room. The decor was quirky, but it made a nice change from a standard hotel room.

Accessible location just a few minutes away from the Train station. Contemporary design and friendly staff. We had a room with large balcony and it was comfortable sitting there to have a relaxing moment.

Great location near the train station. Good for walking around or day trips. Helpful staff. Breakfast was OK but a bit boring after 3 days (however, meals are quite expensive everywhere in Lucern so it probably was a good idea to eat at the hotel).
