My room had a balcony facing mountain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also liked the tv lounge with lots of options to play board games.

Nice hotel in a nice location. About a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. Has a lift and great breakfast selection. I had a room with shared bathroom, it was close by, clean and available to use most of the time.

It is a 10 min walk from the station ina very peaceful neighbourhood. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was also fine.

Staff are exceptional, very helpful, check in and check out very smooth. Very good location. Hotel provided daily travel pass within city zone. Reaching main train station took only 10-15 minutes time. Centrally located for many tourist attractions.

The hotel is located near to the Lucern's train station. You can walk from the train station (10mins) or take a bus and walk to the hotel (3mins). The breakfast is basic but decent. A great way to start of the day. The room is clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom is clean and decent too.
