The location is great. The hotel gave us a bus ticket to use around Luzern. It's easily accessible with public transport.

The breakfast was better this time as we have never had smoked salmon before & I have stayed here about 4 times . I think the bar is very depressing. Very dark & old & never anyone in there . No atmosphere. It desperately needs a refurbishment as does the old fashioned dining room . A good update & overhaul would improve this hotel .

I stayed for 3 nights Room was very spacious and comfortable but the breakfast food was disappointing Sometimes in the middle of night air conditioning doesn’t work and suddenly room becomes very warm there is no fan to replace the problem overall the hotel location facilitate good but the food could be improved
