The owner-run adults only hotel Zum Weissen Kreuz is located near the Reuss River in Lucerne’s historic Old Town, just a 2-minute walk from the Chapel Bridge and a 5-minute walk from the train station. It offers free high-speed WiFi in the entire property.
The modern and elegant rooms all have a flat-screen TV with 300 international satellite channels, a minibar, high-quality parquet floors, and a free Nespresso coffee machine.

Great location in Old Town right near the water. 2 minutes walk to Chapel Bridge and all the waterfront areas. Easy 10 minute walk to the main bus station to get the bus to Mt Pilatus and the train stations there also. Staff were wonderful and the room was nice, neat, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The coffee machine and the variety of drink capsules provided, yummy. The location of the property is right at the heart of Lucerne, this saved us a tonne to travelling time.

Excellent location right in historic district. Clean. 10 minute easy walk to train station. Many restaurants to choose from. Breakfast not included, but had breakfast nearby without problem. Restaurant on site was good with good variety.

Lovely location very, very close to the river. The room was very comfortable and although on a busy sidestreet, it was not at all bothersome overnight.

A perfect location for exploring the wonderful city of Luzern. Rooms are fresh and clean and big enough for a couple. The huge ceiling fan was brilliant whilst we were there in hot weather. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the discount offered at their Italian restaurant was a bonus.
