The view was beautiful over Lucerne, there was a spa available for guests and a restaurant which was expensive but the food was amazing. The room was a great size too

The property has great views over Lucerne. The welcome from the staff and welcome drink was a great touch. Breakfast as expected. The room was ok.

Thank you to the man at the reception who offered me a cup of tea and gave me some honey for little illness in the night. Everything was just fine, the view over the city and lake is awesome.

We booked a double room for 2 nights. In the first night, we had problems with the heat (didn't work). In just a couple of minutes they helped us and gave us another room.

The hotel was very clean stylish and modern. The views were amazing and little far out from the town would need a car. But worth it for the surroundings and the views
