Extremely comfortable extremely close to the old city everything within walking distance around the corner from the ferry and train station buses everywhere professional reception staff who accommodated every request with a smile on their face. The rooms were spotless very clean extremely comfortable. We will be back here it was an excellent hotel.

Location was perfect for exploring Old Town if you prefer to stay in a more modern building. The staff were friendly and the room was large, comfortable and clean. The restaurant onsite has great food and friendly staff

Very close to the station. Hotel is clean and the staff super helpful. the bar and trip to Mt Pilatus suggested by Jessica on the day we arrived were perfect.

Had a twin comfort room and was decent size and very clean. Bathroom was fine with a bathtub, altho no shower box. Room was facing inner courtyard and was quiet. Location was excellent - literally walking distance to many places - 5 minutes to main train station, 3 minutes to chapel bridge, 8 minutes to old town and lake. Highly recommended.

When we arrived at hotel around 10am, hotel prepared the room to us so we can have early check in. And they sent email to us after our first night to check any improvement

Excellent location. Tucked away down a side street, the hotel was only a few metres from riverside, bridges and the old town on one side and a short walk from the train station on the other. The room was quite spacious and everything worked well. We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. The foyer had a cosy fire and seating area which looked like a comfortable place to have a drink with friends.
