Gorgeous old hotel. Great location within walking distance of station, shops and local sights (be aware that your wheelie bag will have to handle some cobblestone pathways in the altstadt). Lovely young lady at reception was very friendly and helpful.

It was right in the city center so very easy to explore Lucerne. Furthermore the staff was helpful with activities and there has been always a good communication.

Exceptional location, just a few meters away from the train station and just alongside the river. It looked like a castle, very clean rooms, such a good reception and lounge area, good bathroom with a bathtub and we booked for a river view and the terrace was so big. There were many restaurants and shopping areas nearby.

Beautiful old apartment overlooking one of the most beautiful square in Lucern. We got the top private room and it had a big balcony overlooking the Musegg Wall and towers. Comfortable stay and good location.

It is in the heart of the old town., unbeatable location.You can walk to everywhere in a few mins.Stuff was friendly and helpfull Room was a bit small but this is expected in that type of historical buildings
