Valentina is super friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic and the shared kitchen/living room common space overlooking the beautiful Roman amphitheatre. The kitchen has everything you need including fizzy water! The room is clean, beautiful and very quiet. The room has everything you need. Lots of towels, hot shower, hairdryer, space for luggage and clothes.

The property is perfectly located right on Piazza dell'Anfiteatro and in the heart of Lucca. Valentina was the perfect host. Very friendly, exceptional communication and can't do enough for you. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and were serviced daily.

Valentina is a fantastic host! I felt at home, loved the place, the kitchen and the kitchen view my room was cozy and quiet. The location is perfect. I will definitely come come back!

I loved Residenza FillAnfi. It’s right in the heart of Lucca and the view from the kitchen is amazing. My room was really quiet and comfortable. Valentina is a marvellous host and a great communicator.
