You just need to provide your plate number during the check in and will allow you to ZTL area ( limited traffic zone) access.The check-in for the Relais San Lorenzo proprty is done by appointment, please contact the property in advance.Kindly note that parking is subject to availability so it cannot be guaranteed due to limited spaces (one parking lot available) upon request.No reception 24 hours.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The room is beautiful styled classically . There was an additional seating area annexed to the room with a balcony . Loved it and wished we had allocated more days in Lucca. There is a reception desk who welcomed us and a lovely lounge area.

No breakfast. Coffee machine in lovely sitting room. Tea possible in bedroom. The room was large and beautifully furnished with a good size ensuite. Perfect for couple. I would rate the Relais San Lorenzo very highly.

This was one of our best accommodation experiences during our holiday in Italy. Perfect value for money, friendly staff, what more could you ask for. We will definitely be happy to return to this place.

Beautiful building with a museum in the basement! Our room was a good size with en-suite. Great location in a fantastic city. Very clean. A housekeeper came each day to make the bed and keep the room clean which was nice.

Location was perfect- within the walls and walking distance to everything Unique property with traditional charm. We had a gorgeous suite with so much room and Sarah and her staff were so attentive and kind.
