Staff was very friendly and caring. We enjoyed the amazing breakfast treat and delicious dinner with the beautiful mountain view. The place has the authentic Tuscan style and charm.

We loved our stay at the Relais Farinati. The villa is just beautiful and the view over the valley was simply stunning. The staff were all lovely and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful time. So friendly, so helpful, so welcoming. They were all Italian but their English was excellent. Most of the guests dined in, and it was enjoyable sharing a drink at the end of the day and getting to know others. There are many lovely excursions within an easy drive, but we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Relais as well. We didn't get to use the pool, but did enjoy relaxing on a sun lounger in the afternoon.

The location was fantastic for us. It provided a great base so we could travel and explore Tuscany. The property and it's grounds were beautiful and the use of the pool was very welcoming on hot days. Staff here were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Each morning, breakfast was served on the terrace along with evening meals. Evening drinks and excellent suppers were throughly enjoyed with the views over the hills surrounding Lucca and beyond. The evening menu changed daily, the homemade food was always delicious and served with a good wine list. We would highly recommend this property to stay!

It was a perfect stay at a perfect Location. This place leads to stay for a loooong time, to dream and to enjoy. The staff was extraordinary friendly and welcoming. The food was delicous. The Dog and Cat were so cute (especially Ambra). The Tuscan ambiente was stunning. Summing it up: the perfect stay.
