The facility generally was amazing. The double room was dark and not laid out ideally for us. This being said - the staff was fantastic, helpful and the vibe of the palazzo made all guests feel special. Perfectly located, quiet after hours and just a spacious relaxing elegant environment to return to after exploring beautiful Lucca and other Tuscan gems. We received assistance in securing a reservation for a Michelin recommended restaurant - very appreciated! Thank you to Alessandro and your staff for a lovely and memorable stay. We will be back!

Lovely and cool in the peak of summer. Big spacious rooms. Although in the middle of Lucca, very quiet location. Great to have on-site car park.

It's not often you can have breakfast in such splendid surroundings. This is a beautiful historic Palazzo and it was a pleasure to stay here. It's very special to be in such a place, but be aware that this is a posh band b not a hotel.

It was such an amazing experience! The service was outstanding and we were taken such good care of. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable and the breakfast really nice! It is a very unique place, we will be back!

Our stay at Palazzo Tucci was exceptional! The home was beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. The host went above and beyond. Communication was prompt and friendly, making the check-in process a breeze. The location was perfect, providing easy access to local attractions while offering a tranquil retreat. WOW, such an opulent and beautiful accommodation, the room was extraordinary and stunning. The staff very helpful both with requirements at accommodation and recommendations for restaurants. Location is perfect and access to everything in Lucca very easy. Beautiful continental breakfast provided in a gorgeous setting. Thank you to Alessandro & family for sharing this hotel residence!

An excellent property located in the heart of Lucca. This is an excellently maintained building with spacious accommodation, with many original character features. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, I would certainly return and recommend to family and friends.

The location is perfect in the centre of Lucca. Being able to leave one’s car in the safe, private garage and immense bonus. The staff was very friendly and co accommodating. Finally, to stay in such a beautifully and well kept historical building was a privilege.

Incredible place! We of course loved the perfect location but also the room was amazing and full of history! The personal was very nice and we felt very welcome . Definitely a great place and will love to come again!
