Very clean and comfortable room. very helpful staff who went above and beyond in making the stay perfect. very convenient free parking right outside the hotel. Great location short walk into the old town.

Overall, it's a very nice hotel, staff were all very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, breakfast had plenty of choice and hot drinks were made fresh and brought to table. Small menu for lunch and dinner available. Location was perfect to gain a real sense of Lucca, 10min stroll to walled town.

The location was reasonably convenient. The pool was welcome. The garden was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good restaurants within walking distance.. Good choice at breakfast.
