Very close to the station, a friendly little hotel, pretty as a home. The room is very clean with nice details which make it unique. The breakfast is very plentiful with nice fresh pastries.

the staff were so wonderful, so polite and nice. it really makes your stay when people are so nice. I even got a gift pen when I left. simple things but you dint forget things like that. lovely people.

The hotel was next to the railway station so I didn't have to carry my luggage over the city walls or through the city gates. The breakfast was fine; it included savoury items (some hotels only do sweet things).

This was quite a cool, older hotel, located right beside the train station so it was very easy to carry luggage to the hotel. We were not disturbed by trains at all at night. It is also only a short walk to the city walls of Lucca. The hotel rooms were big, breakfast was very good, and the hotel staff ( family run business) were very friendly and helpful, we even received a thank you gift when we left.

The location was great - a 5 min walk to the main entrance of the old city. Having a car, it was brilliant to be able to park right out the front rather than lug our bags over more cobblestones. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable and it was great there was a lift. We loved the traditional hotel breaky that was supplied. Great variety. The staff are lovely and friendly and it was great to support a smaller hotel.
