Wonderful homemade breakfast, and a good atmosphere in a historic building. It was nice with a pool during the hot days and a short drive to Lucca.

Wonderful 3-night stay in this beautifully restored historic villa. Huge bedrooms with a view of the countryside and mountains in the distance, and a common area on each floor. Fantastic breakfast. Tennis court in working order and extensive grounds which are gradually being improved. It's possible to get the bus into Lucca, or a taxi, but for convenience a car is useful.
