Guests arriving by car should contact the property for further details.Please note, rooms are located on the second floor of a building with no lift. Guests must climb 30 steps.This flat is located at the second floor of a building with no elevator, so it's not advised for old persons or persons with limited mobility.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. My single room was ideal, quite spacious with a private bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and I had everything that I needed (free toiletries, extra pillow, hair dryer, fridge, tv). The location of the property is superb, right in the heart of the medieval town, so perfect for exploring. The host is very nice and helpful too.

Location was excellent. Nicely equipped room. Clean. Room inside a courtyard of a building which provides both privacy and quiet nights. Piet is the perfect host and gives very clear instructions for a smooth contactless check in

Excellent place to stay one of a couple of nights in the heart of historical Lucca. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Literally just steps away from restaurants. We highly recommend it.

The location was excellent and the receptionist was very helpful. The room had everything I expected. As reception doesn't open till 3pm it is good that you can store your luggage prior to this. The instructions to get in were clear and everything worked smoothly.
