Room was a good size, a little strangely laid out with a wardrobe you can't fully get into and the door didn't close without firmly pulling it, breakfast was basic but sufficient. Location was good as we were only working just around the corner.

Wonderful location on the banks of the Trave and the edge of the old city. Two adjoining rooms which was ideal for a family. We left my son's soft toy behind by mistake and the hotel was kind enough to post it back to us. Strongly recommend.

The kindness of the personnel - including hrlping with luggage on the stairs. The space in the room. And, most of all, the magnificent terrace (I had room 4), with views and nice furniture, including a suspended rocking chair.
