as soon as we checked in the property Eric was extremely helpful with recommendations and was extremely friendly. he really made our stay special. our room was beautiful and had a balcony out looking the river and had the most comfortable bed. my favourite room in everywhere we have stayed in SE Asia!

You´ll definitely feel at home in this guesthouse, with these very nice owners. One of them is French, and one of them is Lao, which is a perfect combination to inform you about anything you would want to know about a stay in Luang Prabang, or a trip around the region. The room (and especially the shower) is nice, the laundry service that they provide is perfect and cheap, and the location is really convenient and beautiful. A nice bonus if you like animals: there´s a dog and a few lovely cats who are happy to be petted by you. There´s no breakfast option, but that shouldn´t keep you from staying here: there are plenty of good options in different price ranges within walking distance.
