Good location by the river. Booked the separate building which meant a bigger room. Very clean. AC and fan. Good bathroom. Helpful staff.

Location was excellent but I would give the breakfast a miss, far better and cheaper in town which is only a couple of minutes walk away

It's very good location and comfortable room there. It's not historical interior but very nice. Nice view to the Mekong river hidden in the trees but anyway it's nice.

Great traditional house across the road from Mekong, lovely english-speaking host, very good breakfast (on terrasse over-looking Mekong If no rain), very nice rooms. Our seconds time, would recommend for authentic experience any time.

It's right on the main road along the river. You can wake up in the morning and look at the Mekong river. There are nice selection of restaurants to choose from in just few steps away. The colonial building is nicely kept as it was to keep the charm of the house.
