The hotel and rooms were excellent. Very clean and spacious. Wonderful views of the river. Staff was very responsive. The free shuttle service to/from town was wonderful, quick, and easy.

Our room was amazing, with a great view. There was a pick up service from the hotel to downtown and back. The staff was very very friendly and helpful.

Nice location on Mikon River just out of the main night Market area but offer free drop off and pick up by electric vehicle. Great service staff were excellent.

The staff were extremely helpful and the free shuttle to the centre any time you need it u til 21:30 was fantastic. Sunset view from hotel was great! Rooms very clean and well maintained.

This place is really nice with a lovely pool and the staff are super efficient . There is a lovely restaurant and a craft shop on the river next door , food is excellent and you can sign up for a craft making course if that floats your boat :) I thought I had booked for 2 nights and actually I had only booked for 1 which was a shame (they were fully booked on the 2nd night) My loss ! Would highly recommend

While the hotel may be located slightly out of town, the hotel provides a buggy to transport you to Luang Prabang night market / various other locations in town! Free of charge The hotel even provided free pickup from the airport and transport to the railway station during our stay. There are no ride hailing services in Luang Prabang hence this is so important! They have a WhatsApp service that is very responsive which makes it so convenient to answer any questions / book the transport as well.

Good breakfast with the view of Mekong river was really a very nice experience. Staff spoke some English but they were all very nice and friendly. I also liked the free shuttle to the night market.
