Great hotel! Staff are so friendly, informative and genuinely go out of their way to help you enjoy your trip. Rooms super clean and breakfast was delicious! Giang particularly so super helpful! 10/10 recommend

Good location, quiet but not far from the hustle and bustle! Hotel was really clean, got fresh towels everyday and we even got extra pillows! Comfortable stay,would recommend!

The hotel is located within a short walk from the night market and Mt Phousi - close also to the local stupa and temples. The night market area is busy and noisy whereas the hotel is two or three blocks away. My room fronted the street but the windows and double doors kept what little noise came from outside. There is a good cheap restaurant across the street. Good coffee across the street as well. You can book your tours and travel from the hotel, as I did, or there are always the tour agencies in the same street or elsewhere. I didn't tie myself in knots looking for bargains as the hotel prices are competitive. The staff are a good representation of Lao people: gentle, polite and helpful.

The perfect central location with the kindest couple running the hotel! They were super efficient with our laundry and sorted a taxi to the airport for us. Incredible customer service, the room was very dry spacious and very clean! Highly recommend!

New, clean hotel. located right in the city center, just a few minutes walk to the night market, the royal palace... friendly and lovely staff, great breakfast. will come back and recommend to friends!

The hotel is very close to the center of Luang Prabang just 5 minutes walk. The room is spacious and very clean. The breakfast is great. The staff is very friendly. Will come back.

The hotel is very good. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom very clean and up to European standards. The room is large. The breakfast is good. The staff is very nice and helps you with your procedures.
