We had a great stay! Room is nice, bed was super comfy, good location, breakfast is excellent and staff is very friendly. Also very nice there’s a swimming pool.

The hotel is super nice and cozy, the room is spacious and super comfortable bed! And the staff is really friendly and helpful! They helped us with everything - we extended our stay in Luang Prabang because of the hotel

The location was perfect - central (5 minutes from the excellent night market) but down a small side street so not noisy** Reception staff awesome - they could not have done more, even down to interrupting them when off duty to book a trip for me! Really anything would be done to accommodate. Thanks to all the staff. Facilities great - two swimming pools! Ask for room(s) with a balcony - much nicer to wake up in the morning and have a coffee outside your room. **The easiest way to find the hotel is to get to the “Redbull” bar and go down the street to the right (facing the bar entrance). A short way down the street there is a sign for the hotel and indicting to turn right - just follow the small road round to the left and down and you’ll get to the hotel.

The hotel was very nice and very well located in the city center. The room were comfortable and spacious. The staff was very helpful for all kid of services. Breakfast was really nice.

Great location, great rooms, great staff. We even came back there for our last night in Luang Prabang! You can book all your activities with the hotel, do your laundry. They are flexible and nice. A real cozy place I cannot recommend more. Excellent location.
