A lovely hotel, in a fabulous location, with amazingly helpful and really genuinely lovely staff - we had some issues with our transport, and needed to stay a few more days, which was very easy to arrange on site. In the end, a few more days in Luang Prabang at the Pearl Hotel was a very welcome and relaxing adjustment to our trip. I would 100% stay here again.

Everything! Large comfortable room with nice modern bathroom. Warm welcome for our honeymoon from Chang and the other members of staff who couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive! We felt very well looked after. Good breakfast, nice comfy beds in a good location. Nothing too much trouble, extended our stay for one night, hired a scooter and had our clothes washed.

Clean rooms, excellent staff, great location. Chang and team were friendly, and always available to help. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom good, great shower. Location easy to walk to everything.

The hotel staff were fantastic, especially Chang who went above and beyond to make our stay very special. Building works to extend the hotel did not detract from our experience and the close proximity to downtown attractions in Luang Prabang allowed us to walk everywhere.

Very spacious room and quick room service. The best part is value for money. Compare to other hotels on the same level it was cheaper, for a reason, but still provide a good value for money.
