Lovely staff and excellent location! Right in the centre of town and within walking distance of most things. The staff were very helpful in organising day trips and transfers to the airport. The room was as expected from the photos.

The room is pretty small for 2 people but its still very nice for a few nights. Very hot shower and a minibar. Location is in the middle of the center, walking distance to everywhere. There is also a free drinking water refill which is a big plus.

Perfect low cost base from which to explore LPB. A no frills, well managed hotel at an affordable price. The bedroom was clean and attractive, and the mattress was one of the most comfortable we had used in 2 weeks touring Laos. Good AC and plenty of hot water. Very highly recommended.

The property was in a PERFECT location: in walking distance to everything you could possibly need/want - including a delicious restaurant literally right across the road - but very quiet. It is a beautiful old building with renovated rooms. The general cleanliness of the rooms and bed linen was high. There is the option to request a daily clean. The WiFi and air con worked well. There was a fridge in which I kept water, and there were free top ups. The staff were friendly and arranged laundry and an early Tuktuk to the airport for me. There are no safe boxes in the rooms but there is one at the reception that can store passports etc. I would absolutely recommend and stay again! {Cannot speak to the quality of breakfast as there were too many tempting cafes!}
