The two best things about this guesthouse are the location and the price. A relatively cheap accommodation near the river, morning market and night market, in a charming small street that hasn't lost yet its local flavour despite being on the edge of the historical quarter. The room was spacious enough for one or two, the house itself looks nice and the breakfast is cooked to order. The reception staff, consisting of one lady present at the hotel 24/7, can help you with everything.

The staff was incredible! They changed my rooms to larger rooms at no cost. There were many options available for the breakfast in the morning. The hotel is located on a very small side street and with the exception of a few scooters driving by, it was very quiet. The night market was very close (5 minute walk) and the riverside was also just a short walk away. I would definitely stay at the same property again.

Welcome drink, welcome fruit platter. When leaving, the lady also gave us bottle of mineral water. Location is good. Breakfast is good and has many options to choose from. You can help yourself to tea and coffee all day.

The place is very close to the city center. 2 mins walk to night market, 2 mins to Mekong. The host was very careful and helped me with a lot of things. You can rent a scooter front the accommodation. The room was clean.

This is a lovely guesthouse tucked away in a side street near the night market and very central. The guesthouse has good aircon, fridge, private bathroom and great wi-fi. All one needs and then you get a very generous breakfast. The manager Anna was very helpful with tour and taxi bookings. I planned a 2 night trip to Nong Khiaw and they kindly stored my luggage for me and I booked a few more nights on my return. I think this place is excellent value and deserves support! It also gives one an insight into local way of living in LP…an authentic experience!

Excellent location down a side street, close to The river and central markets/Main Street of the old town. Breakfast was fantastic, offered across the morning and very filling with fresh fruit, and a drink and cooked option to choose. They were also helpful in booking me on a last minute boat tour.

The location of the property was amazing just a 2 minute walk from the night market on the Main Street! Balcony too

The location is near the night market, but at a quiet alleyway. The breakfast, as indicated by many reviews, is wonderful. As I was also partial working online, the in-room Wifi was great, and so it was really quite an excellent place for me!
