Excellent location. Hot water showers albeit a bit hard to maintain temp and pressure. Convenient to book tours at the reception. Breakfast was good.

Lovely stay close to everything in LP, and the staff were super nice. Welcome juice and fruit platter, the included breakfast had real choices including noodles and fried rice. Wifi worked well. Steps away from the night markets, and the almsgiving to the monks in the morning. The room was quite spacious, had a fridge, nice desk and big comfortable bed.

Breakfast was superb, a lot of variety and well cooked. The location was great, right on the morning market 'road' and almost in the night market. Ample free parking. Sunset from the nearby hill was fun but get up there early! The river was a short walk away.

Directly located in the center next to the morning market and cloe to the night market. Every place of interest was in walking distance. Nice spot.

Nice guest house. Comfy bed, excellent air conditioning, hot shower. Plenty free water. Staff very friendly, guesthouse down quiet little alleyway, near night market and street food area. Easy access to river, nice sit on terrace in morning for included breakfast, while morning food market buzzing just outside.

Great location, right in the night market and short walking distance to all attractions. Lisa was incredibly helpful in booking tours and transfers. Was made to feel so welcome. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with good western options. Stay here if you like a good traditional “homely” environment at a great price. I certainly hope to visit again with my family!
