Great location ...easy to walk everywhere. Lovely hotel and comfortable room with balcony - traditional wooden style with nice furnishings. Staff were exceptionally kind and efficient and breakfast was very good.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, an old colonial house that is truly stunning. Everything is made of wood, and the rooms are gorgeous. The service was excellent, and we also had dinner at the restaurant, where the food was great. Highly recommended!

I don't eat breakfast so this question is not applicable but the restaurant where breakfast is served overlooks the river in a lovely quiet part of town, so I assume it would have been very nice

Great to have bicycles available to borrow every day. Top-end of the historic center meant it was very quiet. Spa treatments were excellent. Staff very friendly.

The view of the Mekong River and convenient location to explore the town. Breakfast a la cart selection and good coffee. Very pleasant staff with excellent service, following up on requests prior to check in. Decor of the main dining area.
