The breakfast was good and location of hotel is good not far from the ocean and good access to the mall and other amenities. The staff were very helpful.

Really helpful staff. Booked local taxi for me and great exchange rate on $. Paid $80 for a room. They allowed early check in as my flight was morning arrival. I left too early to have breakfast. Had an evening meal which was fine, nothing great but nice enough.

The room is very nice. The location is very good it's close to the airport and very close to the Baia. Eldad from the reception is amazing. He helped us a lot and always made sure we had a good stay.

The location of the hotel is very central yet the room wasn’t noisy. Special thanks to the receptionist staff Jose Antosh (hope I spelt it right). He was very helpful and provided great support. He speaks good English. Breakfast was also very good with lot of varieties to choose from.

The room was very comfortable, the receptionist responsible and responsive before and during my stay. Breakfast was fine, as was dinner. It has good security. The driver who picked me up showed me the fort before going to the hotel too.

Very nice and helpful staff who mostly spoke good English. The room were clean and quiet because they don’t have windows that face outside. The whole place is non-smoking. Breakfast has a reasonable choice, without being exceptional. Location seemed to be a safe area. A good restaurant/bar in site that is open all day. Wifi worked well in the room and dining area. Airport pick up worked well ($15) and they also drove me to the new airport for my departure for a very reasonable price.

Good value and good central location and totally decent room and service. In addition I was allowed much earlier to my room as the flight arrived in the early morning. Also restaurant facility in the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff

Nice location, 5 minutes walk to the ocean and about 10 minutes to Fortaleza mall. Nice and helpful staff. Best rate for exchanging dollars or euros into kwanzas. Good breakfast.

Breakfast and dinner were good, the English speaking reception guy was also helpful. Also the English speaking guy in the kitchen.
