Excellent out-of-town location near the A38 and M5. Easy to find from A38 (recommended). Hotel guests can use spa and gym (though we were unable to do so this time). Everything was clean. The staff were friendly.

The room was warm, clean and cosy, the staff were superb and very professional. We booked a room to attend the New Year’s Eve Gala, the singer Marvin Muoneke was absolutely superb and worth ever penny of the ticket entrance. The food was excellent and the staff never stopped all night to accommodate everyone.

The leisure facilities were great and well managed. Remember to book your slot for the pool. The restaurant, bar and breakfast all very good. The room was well appointed. The reception team were excellent. Bar prices were very reasonable and quality of food great
