Our room was looking out on Oulton Broad and was absolutely exceptional. Continuous interest of wildlife and marine activity in perfect, sunny weather for four whole days…….in England? Yes indeed!

Staff were very, helpful, pleasant and polite, all appeared very happy in their work. Food was excellent, I couldn’t fault it, despite it being Mother’s Day , and the restaurant was really busy, the carvery was excellent.

Staff were so friendly and would go above and beyond. Would remember ours and our dogs name which is a lovely touch that really does make a difference. Location was perfect for us, I had stayed her a few years ago and have visited the restaurant on and off for years. Service has always stayed the same, incredible. Super facilitating to us who travelled with our dog. Parking was great. Accessibility via lift and stairs is always a bonus. Hotel room was clean and tidy. Had a fan in the room which was a big plus, bathroom lovely and clean. Super reasonable for pricing. Would definitely visit again soon.

Location was exactly where we needed to be for a family event. The room was quite big, space for clothes. Tea and coffee facilities. Clean bedding and towels. There is a restaurant and bar on site which got very busy. General area is lovely. Situated beside the waterways and the Nicolas Everitt Park. Close to local bars, coffee shops,supermarkets, takeaways, etc. Both train stations are within walking distance and it's one stop into town.
