The room was a lovely layout having a chair with the window view was fantastic bed was lovely & comfy bathroom good size everything was fantastic having big windows we opened as it was very hot but soon cooled down there was no traffic noise heard at night

Obtained our keys and opened the front door to find the downstairs area clean and smelling fresh. Our room was very large and had everything we needed and was also clean. Lovely house and perfect location for the beach and Kirkby shops. Highly recommended, we will be back

Was very clean a nice steady place would stay again. Reason for my ratings is we never saw any staff so I couldn’t give a rating on that. Could improve by providing breakfast and my mattress had a big dip in it so wasn’t comfortable. Clean nice sized room and no problems for the price.

Very clean It was quiet and cosy. I loved the guest lounge, very comfortable. Very supportive and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Bon Ami is very comfortable and clean. I stayed in a non-ensuite room but that was completely fine and my sole-use bathroom was great. The host was very quick to answer any problems I had.
