A boutique guest house 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and 16-minutes walk to the centre of Lowestoft, Baytree House offers luxurious rooms, free WiFi, free parking and a fully licensed bar.

A 2-bedroom annexe at the rear of the main house with private parking and an outside patio with seating. Includes 1 double bedroom and another bedroom with a 4-foot antique sleigh bed and a pull-out single bed. Each room has a flat-screen TV with DVDs and an iPod docking station. Guests will also find a small kitchenette and a shower room.

booked as a surprise for my parents when they renewed their wedding vows. Liz was very helpful from start to finish. nothing was too much trouble. mum and dad said the room was wonderful and so was the breakfast. would highly recommend Baytree House.

A lovely boutique B & B, good sized room. We only had the continental breakfast as we were eating out for lunch. The owner and staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

The breakfast was very fresh in a very cute room with a bay window - lots of homemade types of bread and jams but not much variety otherwise. The owners were welcoming - the beds were comfortable.

Liz was an exceptional host, she was very warm, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Her banana bread and homemade strawberry jam were absolutely delicious! Would definitely recommend a stay and we will be back!
