The staff member we spoke with was amazing, went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We also thought it was a fantastic location, with lots of parking, and walking distance to restaurants. Furniture and fixtures in room were new and chic, and beds were comfy.

New, well appointed facility. Received an upgrade which meant a more spacious room and spa bath. Clean and Bed very comfortable. Nice little outside area attached to room. Lovely little touches.

Clean and tidy facilities and amazing hospitality. Staff were friendly, helpful and easily contactable for anything. Loved the little touches in the communal spaces (sofa areas) with fresh fruit which made them inviting . Also rate the laundry amenities which were free of charge - didn’t feel like a bother to the staff at all. Will definitely recommend and return if ever back in the area but will look for a room with a terrace/outdoor area. Great onsite parking too

This was our forth time staying at Ava Lodge and we'll definitely go back. The rooms are always beautiful, clean and very tidy. There's parking on site and the building is very quiet. With cafes and restaurants just round the corner it's in a great location not far out of central Wellington. We've stayed both as a couple and with a family and the rooms are well set out. Would highly recommend.
