Just the location of the hotel as it is based in the city centre. The staff and ambience were good and accommodating.

The cleanliness was great. The casting facility on the TV was very convenient. Lot of restaurant selection closeby.

The overall experience was good. The hotel is conveniently located in the activity centre and lose to the tranquil lake. The room’s very clean. The staff including cleaning ladies and especially Nicolas who worked in Thursday ( 11 July), Friday (12 July.) and Saturday(13 July) mornings at the counter of the kitchen were very helpful, friendly and polite.

Good location- right in the centre of the town with easy access to the lake. Food was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
