The staff was very friendly and amusing! The location and surroundings of the hotel are quite beautiful and probably very peaceful in general (we probably were just unlucky with a room located above an air vent and right next to the main entrance). It was very nice to be able to darken the room fully with the electric blinds. The breakfast buffet was basic but tasty.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a great choice. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the train station

It is one of the few hotels to stay in Lovain-la-Neuve. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice as well as the general services provided by the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and in a perfect order.
